Premier Pools & Spas operates as a powerhouse in the outdoor living industry, overseeing a sophisticated network of over 100 pool building and service franchises throughout the United States. Their annual conference serves as the vital heartbeat of the organization, designed to synchronize a diverse collective of franchise owners, construction specialists, and sales professionals. Based on a mission of collaborative growth, the event functions as a high-stakes educational hub where the community strengthens vendor partnerships and refines technical skillsets through immersive workshops and hands-on demonstrations. It is a masterclass in brand alignment, ensuring that regardless of geographic location, every member of the franchise operates with a unified vision of excellence and industry leadership.

My strategic approach to this project centered on creating a dual-layered visual identity that could seamlessly transition from a high-energy learning environment to an atmosphere of prestigious celebration. For the primary conference, I developed a branding system and wayfinding strategy focused on clarity and momentum, ensuring the visual language supported the flow of information across various technical demonstrations. By designing integrated motion graphic assets, I reinforced a sense of modern professionalism that kept attendees engaged during intensive sessions. The design logic here was not merely aesthetic; it was about fostering an environment of focus and accessibility, allowing participants to maximize their professional development without the friction of a fragmented visual experience.
The project’s complexity peaked during the logistical and emotional pivot toward the culminating award ceremony. To honor the organization’s high achievers, I curated a sophisticated aesthetic shift that transformed the space from a functional workshop into an elegant gala. This transition required a meticulous selection and design of over 50 unique recognition awards, where my goal was to ensure each physical piece felt like a tangible representation of the recipient’s dedication. By bridging the gap between the "hard hat" reality of construction and the "black tie" prestige of the awards, my work provided a cohesive narrative arc for the event, ultimately strengthening the emotional bond between the franchise owners and the corporate brand.
